Introduction 9 am
Breakout session #1 9:00am– 10:00am
Attend your choice of Cattle, Hog, Goat or Lamb
Breakout session #2 10:15am– 11:15am
Switch to attend your choice of Cattle, Hog, Goat, or Lamb
MAQA (Meat Animal Quality Assurance) 11:30am-12:15pm
Wrap-up Question and Answer session 12:15pm-12:30pm
